I · Getting Started
Is the club good for beginners?
Yes — no experience required. The simulator is intuitive, you book the whole bay for your group, and you set your own pace. It’s actually one of the best environments to learn the game — it’s low-key, no crowds, and no pressure to keep up.
What do I need to bring?
Your own clubs and balls. The simulator works with any standard set, so whatever you play with on the course works here — and bring a sleeve or two of balls for the session.
How long should I book a bay for?
Most sessions run 1 to 2 hours. A solo player can cover a lot of ground in 60 minutes; groups of 3–4 tend to prefer 2 hours to play a full round without rushing. Your bay is exclusively yours for the entire booking window — no sharing, no cutoffs.
Can I bring friends or family?
Yes. Each bay fits up to 4 people and pricing is per bay — not per person. Bring whoever you want at no extra cost. It works well for groups, date nights, or a casual corporate outing.
II · Booking & Access
How does entry work?
Your booking confirmation carries the details for your session. If you have a question about arrival or entry, reach your club and we’ll answer it directly.
Is the facility really unmanned 24/7?
Yes. The club is designed to run without staff on-site. This isn’t a workaround — it’s deliberate. Camera coverage and automated in-bay support mean the club runs around the clock without anyone having to be there.
What if I need help during my session?
Most in-bay issues are detected and resolved automatically by the system — the simulator self-heals through common hiccups without anyone having to call. For anything that needs a person, reach the club directly and we’ll pick it up. If something prevents you from completing your session, we’ll make it right — that part isn’t conditional.
Is the facility safe and secure?
Yes. Every session is booked through an account, so there is always a name attached to the time. Cameras cover the facility, and you book the whole bay for your group — no strangers share it with you. With just two bays to start (growing to three), it stays low-key and uncrowded.
How do I book a session?
Booking opens when we launch. You’ll choose your date, time, and bay directly through the booking page. Every session is booked through an account — one-off sessions included. The club runs unmanned around the clock, and knowing who is inside it is a core part of keeping it safe. Setting one up takes a moment, and only once. Members get priority access during peak hours.
III · The Experience
What simulator technology do you use?
We use premium launch-monitor tech — one of the most accurate setups available. It reads ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, and club path in real time — real numbers on every swing. The data is detailed enough for serious improvement, and the experience is immersive enough to just be fun.
What can I actually do during a session?
More than you’d expect. From inside the bay you can:
Play full rounds on hundreds of famous courses worldwide
Hit on a virtual driving range with live shot data
Run skill challenges and mini-games
Review swing metrics and shot history
How many people fit in a bay?
Up to 4 per bay. We’re opening with two bays (growing to three), which works well for solo practice and smaller groups. We’ll add capacity based on demand — join the waitlist for early access to new bays when they open.
Do I need golf shoes or special clothing?
No dress code, no special footwear required. Wear whatever’s comfortable. The mats are designed for regular athletic shoes, and the facility is climate-controlled year-round.
IV · Memberships
What does a membership include?
Members get discounted hourly rates, priority booking access during peak times, and first access to leagues and new features. The more you play, the more a membership saves compared to pay-per-session rates.
What is a Founding Membership?
Founding Members are the people who join before the club opens. A Founding Membership is a monthly plan like any other — what’s one-time is the founding rate, which is locked in when your membership starts and holds for as long as you remain a member. You can cancel anytime; you just can’t re-join later at the founding rate. Founding Members also get first priority for leagues, group bookings, and anything new the club launches.
What’s the difference between pay-per-session and a membership?
Pay-per-session is open to anyone — no membership required. A membership lowers your effective hourly rate and gives you priority booking during busy periods. If you’re planning to play more than a few times a month, membership pays for itself quickly.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time — no long-term obligation. Your final billing period closes out cleanly; no phone call, no retention pitch. The founding rate is the one thing that doesn’t come back — once you cancel, re-joining later starts at then-current standard pricing.
V · Leagues
How do leagues work?
League play runs in organized seasons with skill-matched flights — you always play people at your level. Season format, length, and league nights are set by your club, and dates are announced on the Leagues page when registration opens.
Who are leagues designed for?
Everyone from beginners to scratch golfers. We structure flights so the competition stays fair regardless of skill level. Solo sign-ups are welcome — you don’t need a partner to participate; we’ll pair you for the season.
When do league seasons start?
Season dates are announced by your club. Watch the Leagues page and we’ll let you know when registration opens.
Do I need a membership to join a league?
Membership isn’t required to participate, but members get priority registration. If spots are limited, members are invited first. League fees are separate from membership costs.
VI · Policies
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session are fully refunded — members get their hours restored to their monthly allotment, pay-per-session bookers get a refund to their card. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full (or count against your member hours). If your plans change, rebooking rather than canceling is usually the simpler path.
What if I’m running late to my session?
Your booking window is fixed — your bay is held for you, but late arrivals don’t extend the session end time. If you know you’ll be delayed, contact us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there a minimum age?
Players under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There’s no lower age limit — the simulators are genuinely kid-friendly, and it’s a great way to introduce younger players to the game.
Can I host a private event or corporate booking?
Yes. We can accommodate team outings, corporate events, and private group sessions. For larger enquiries, get in touch directly and we’ll put something together.
Still have a question?
We’re easy to reach.
Reach out to your club and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

I · Founding & Memberships
What is a Founding membership?
Founding membership is your club’s pre-opening rate. Pick a membership today and that monthly rate is locked for as long as you remain a member. Standard pricing adjusts as the club matures; yours doesn’t. Ask the club for the full list of founding benefits.
What are the memberships?
Membership tiers at the Founding rate are set by your club. Each one locks when your membership starts. Names, hours, and current pricing are available from the club.
Does my Founding rate change at renewal?
No. Your Founding rate continues at every monthly renewal, indefinitely, as long as your membership stays continuously active. The lock travels with the membership, not the customer — if you cancel and rejoin later, you re-join at then-current standard pricing.
What if I cancel my membership?
Cancel any time — no phone call, no retention pitch. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period closes out cleanly. The only thing that doesn’t come back is the Founding rate — once canceled, you re-join at then-current standard pricing.
II · Booking & Access
How does priority booking work?
How far ahead you can book depends on your membership status — your club sets the booking windows, and you’ll see yours in the booking calendar when you sign in.
Your weekly league night, your monthly long session, your Sunday morning warmup: booked on your schedule, before the slots you want are gone.
How does entry work?
Your booking confirmation carries the details for your session. If you have a question about arrival or entry, reach your club and we’ll answer it directly.

How do leagues work?
Team-based season play in skill-matched flights, with live standings that update after every match. Season format, length, and league nights are set by your club and announced with registration.
When does Season 1 start?
Season start dates are set by your club — watch the Leagues page for registration and the confirmed start date.
What does Season 1 cost?
Season pricing is set by your club and shown at signup. Teams of 2; the captain picks at signup whether to cover both seats in one charge or split with Player 2 (Player 2 pays their own share when accepting the invitation).
What about Season 2 and beyond?
Your club sets per-player pricing from Season 2 onward by membership status — each player pays at their own status, and the Founding league rate stays locked while a Founding membership remains continuously active.
How does team signup work?
The team captain registers at /leagues and picks one of two payment models: I’ll cover the team (one charge for both seats, Player 2 plays free) or Each pays their share (captain pays own seat; Player 2 settles up when accepting the invitation). If Player 2 doesn’t accept, captain chooses at signup whether to refund and release the slot or convert to a free agent and get paired with another solo player.
Do I need a partner to sign up?
No. Sign up solo and we’ll pair you with another free agent when registration closes (about two weeks before Week 1). League play is open to members and non-members alike.
V · Corporate Events
Can I host a corporate event?
Corporate and group events are scheduled by your club, typically once regular play is established. Let the club know now and you’ll hear first.
What kinds of events can you host?
Three formats: team-building (an afternoon together that isn’t a slide deck), client outings (a polished private setting for the conversation that closes the deal), and holiday gatherings (your end-of-year without the traffic to a hotel ballroom). Each event is private to your group — coordinated directly, no public access during your window.
How do I get on the corporate list?
Submit an inquiry with the club. Tell us group size, event type, and target timeframe. We’ll reach back out when corporate events go live — and prioritize the list when scheduling those first private events.
VI · Policies & Opening Day
When does the facility open?
Opening in the coming weeks. We don’t bill membership until doors open, and Founding applications stay open through the application window regardless of when opening day lands.
Are there refunds on a membership?
No refund window. Cancel any time and future renewals stop — the current billing period closes out cleanly. Once you cancel, the Founding rate doesn’t come back; rejoining means then-current standard pricing.
